Your Hypnobabies class fee of $500 includes:

• 6 week, 21 hour complete childbirth education course for Mom and Birth Partner
• Course educational materials: Workbook, Quick Reference Guide, Birth Partner’s Guide
• Course hypnosis scripts and tracks (18 audio hypnosis tracks and additional scripts)
• Invaluable hand-outs and materials to bring with you to your birth location

Your Birth Partner will attend each class with you. Most students begin this class toward the end of their second trimesters or early into their third trimesters. I recommend beginning the class no later than 31 weeks, so that you will be Hypno-ready by 37 weeks and you can focus on maintenance for the remainder of your pregnancy.
